1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the MeshLinks website at meshlinks.net (the “Site”), operated by Lotus Intelligence Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

The Site provides information about MeshLinks, a browser extension that transforms business identifiers into deep links across enterprise systems. Through the Site you may:

  • Book a product demo
  • Join a waitlist for upcoming plan tiers
  • View product and pricing information

Separate terms will govern the MeshLinks browser extension and enterprise product when you subscribe. These Terms cover only the marketing website.

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, reliable, or error-free. Pricing, features, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Demo bookings

When you book a demo, we create a calendar event on your behalf using Microsoft Teams. We will make reasonable efforts to honor the selected time slot. If we need to reschedule, we will notify you by email.

5. Waitlist

Joining a waitlist does not constitute a purchase or binding commitment. The “2 months free” offer for waitlist members is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion before the relevant plan launches.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Lotus Intelligence Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any connected system without authorization
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
  • Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its hosting infrastructure

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTUS INTELLIGENCE INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
