Lotus Intelligence Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the MeshLinks website at meshlinks.net. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our site or use our services.

Information you provide directly

When you book a demo or join our waitlist, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Work email address
  • Company name
  • Phone number (optional, demo bookings only)
  • Free-text responses (e.g., “How will this help you?”)

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may collect technical data (IP address, browser type, interaction patterns) to distinguish humans from automated traffic. Turnstile does not use cookies or track you across sites. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

3. How we use your information

  • To schedule and confirm demo meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • To create a lead record in our CRM (Salesforce) so our team can follow up
  • To notify waitlist members when new plans become available
  • To respond to your inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

  • Microsoft 365 (Graph API) — calendar scheduling and meeting creation. Your name and email are shared with Microsoft to create the meeting invite.
  • Salesforce — CRM for lead management. Your contact information is stored as a Lead record.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on form submissions.
  • AWS Lightsail — website and API hosting.

5. Data retention

We retain your contact information in Salesforce for as long as necessary to maintain our business relationship. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@meshlinks.net.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of future communications

7. Security

We protect your data using HTTPS encryption in transit, rate-limited API endpoints, Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, and server-side credential isolation. API secrets are stored in environment files with restricted file permissions and are never exposed to the browser.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
